Community Guidelines
The Lighthouse exists to reduce harm and help people feel safe. These rules are intentionally simple.
Be respectful
No insults, mocking, harassment, dogpiling, or “tough love” cruelty.
No misinformation as advice
Don’t present medical/legal guidance as fact. Share resources and encourage professionals.
Protect privacy
No doxxing, no sharing private DMs, no posting identifying info about others.
What we do with crisis content
- If someone is in immediate danger, we will prioritize directing them to emergency services and hotlines.
- We may remove content that encourages self-harm, violence, or unsafe behavior.
- We may contact platform moderators/admins if safety requires it.

- It’s okay to say “I can’t help with that.”
